- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

- Item above 30days cannot be returned
- Worn or used item cannot be returned
- Sale item cannot be returned
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

Are there any charges for return
- Yes, you will be bearing the return shipping charges. We will be deducting from your return item.
- Original shipping charges are non- refundable
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 15 working days.
We hope your selection brings you many years of enjoyment. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our current Return and Exchange Policy.
Return/ exchange policy
Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days from the purchase date for jewelry,
Jewelry must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories.
- Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.
- Returns or exchanges are NOT allowed on special /Custom/ Watches order
- Cash refunds are issued to the original purchaser with original sales receipt.
- Cash refunds over $200 are made by check issued from the corporate office within 21 days.
- Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged.
- Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card.
- All returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card at current price, minus any current promotional discount.
Received Damage Item
- If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call our contact center immediately at 832-363-9707 for assistance.
- Please read the information on your original packing slip.
- Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.
- If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

- 6. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center.
- 7. You can expect a refund within 15 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
- 8. All items which have been returned will be inspected to determine any use or if any modifications were made. If the returned items have already underwent considerable use or modification (such as ring re-sizing),this disqualifies the buyer from a refund and it shall not be issued and the purchased item will be sent back to buyer.
- 9. Any Custom work (including resizing, custom order, any dipping of the gold, etc.) will be exempt from all return and exchange policies. This work (item) is designed for a specific individual and therefore can not be accepted under any pre-existing terms.

- 11. Any layaway orders canceled or returned will be in the form of store credit. (money back refunds are not applicable to layaway orders)
